1. Warranty on stucco materials

Stucco Italiano provides a 5-year warranty on its own materials. This warranty is valid both for stored materials, limited by their expiry date, and for materials applied by our customers.

2. Warranty on stucco work carried out by our craftsmen

Under Italian law, Stucco Italiano provides a 5-year warranty for all damage caused by defects in the material or as a consequence of improper application of the material by our craftsmen. It is agreed that Stucco Italiano will cover the entire costs of preparing the work site and re-applying the stucco material.

3. Product modifications of stucco materials

Product modifications carried out to improve the materials or to respond to the needs of the market can occur at any moment without the need to inform all the customers, whom, however, will be advised of such at the moment of purchase.

4. Catalogues presentations of colors

The catalogues show colors or images of finishes that are as realistic as possible, but there may be some differences due to limitations in the photo and printing process. If very specific colors are needed we will make real color samples to agree on before applying stucco on surfaces.

5. Damaged materials during shipment

Material dammaged in shipping cannot be reimbursed since the responsibility of shipping is assumed by the customer. Reimbursement, however, is warranted for improper or insufficient packaging. In addition, if the carrier was chosen by Stucco Italiano, it will be its responsibility to ask for reimbursement for damages caused by the carrier. It would therefore be appreciated if the customer would report any transportation errors, delays, or damage.

6. Payment

Payment for the merchandise is always expected in advance, while payment for labor costs will be carried out under the contract agreement.

6. Legal disputes

The tribunal court in Vicenza, Italy, has been chosen to resolve any possible disputes.
